Melbourne turned on a true winter’s day for the 2025 Winter Drive Day, delivering the full mix of sunshine, clouds, and passing showers – perfectly in keeping with the city’s reputation. But no amount of cold rain could dampen the spirit of connection and community that defines every Drive Against Depression event.

From there, participants headed out along a scenic route, expertly guided once again by the TourBoss app, which continues to enhance our drives with smooth, easy-to-follow navigation.
A highlight of the journey came at the morning tea stop in Kyneton, where Ford Australia showcased the innovation of the new Ranger PHEV by using it to power the coffee machine – fueling conversations and warming the crew up before the drive continued.
The drive made its way through rolling countryside and classic Victorian backroads before arriving at the historic Castlemaine Railway Hotel. With its welcoming atmosphere and hearty fare, it was the perfect destination to wrap up the day, surrounded by a wonderful mix of cars and people.
