The 2025 Brisbane Winter Drive Day was one for the history books – an unforgettable celebration of community, connection, and a shared love of the open road, all in support of mental health.

From there, the convoy hit the road, carving a scenic route through some of South-East Queensland’s finest driving roads on the way to Tamborine Mountain for a picturesque morning tea stop. A unique highlight of the day: our morning tea’s coffee machine was powered by the new Ford Ranger Stormtrak PHEV, with coffees generously poured by the Ford Australia team, showcasing innovative tech in action while we refueled and reconnected.
The day reached a high point with an exclusive tour of the iconic DJR (Dick Johnson Racing) facility, where participants were treated to behind-the-scenes access and stories from the legend himself, Dick Johnson, alongside his grandson Jett Johnson. Their generosity with their time and stories created a lasting impression on everyone there.
